Stimley Consulting, LLC's total liability for any claim related to this website will not exceed the amount you paid to Stimley Consulting, LLC for the applicable product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability. These terms and any dispute arising from or relating to this website, its content, products, communications, or services are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Hinds County, Mississippi, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

This website's inquiry form opens your email application and does not independently store your completed inquiry form on the website. The Executive Readiness Assessment securely stores the name, email address, optional organization and role, assessment results, consent choices, and submission date provided by participants. Stimley Consulting uses this information to deliver the requested report, provide assessment-related follow-up, maintain business records, and send Executive Insights only when separate marketing consent is given. A limited transactional-email provider may process the information necessary to deliver a submission notice to Stimley Consulting. If you send us an inquiry, purchase request, assessment, or other communication, Stimley Consulting, LLC may retain the information reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you previously provided by emailing info@stimleyconsulting.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” We may verify your identity before acting. Verified requests will generally be completed within 30 days. We may retain information required by law, necessary to complete a transaction, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect legal rights, or preserved temporarily in routine backups.

This website records anonymous interaction data—including pages visited through a click, links or buttons selected, destinations, and a randomly generated browser identifier—to measure website engagement and improve services. Stimley Consulting does not use this tracker to collect visitor names, email addresses, message content, or IP addresses. Analytics records may be included in a verified deletion request when you provide enough information to identify the applicable browser record.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stimley Consulting, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to your misuse of this website or its materials, your violation of these terms, your infringement of another person's rights, or content and information you submit or provide. Stimley Consulting, LLC reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.
